Requirement Summary: 12 Total Hours of CE.
If licensed prior to Nov 1, 2023:
- 6-Hour Core Course
- 6-Hours of Electives (including Sexual Harassment Prevention Training)
If licensed between Nov 1, 2023 - Oct 31, 2025:
- 45 Hours of Post-License Education is required.
2026 Residential Leasing Agent (Deadline: July 31, 2026)
Requirement Summary: 8-Hour Core Course.
If licensed prior to May 1, 2024:
- 8-Hour Residential Leasing Agent Core Course
- (Includes 1-hour Sexual Harassment Prevention Training)
If licensed on or after May 1, 2024: No CE is required for this renewal.
Register for Leasing CE2027 Managing Broker Renewal (Deadline: April 30, 2027)
Requirement Summary: 24 Total Hours of CE.
If licensed before Feb 1, 2025:
- 12-hour Broker Management CE course
- 6-hours Core CE
- 6-hours Elective CE (including Sexual Harassment Prevention)
