The course also covers Short Sales and its process, various procedures and working knowledge for licensees to participate in this market segment. This course also includes REO's and working knowledge for licensees to use in their dealing of REO's. Lastly, the course teaches and reviews Auctions as it relates to real properties and the process utilized, working knowledge to understand and participate in this segment.
