Note: The 60-hour portion is available via Self-Study or Classroom; the 15-hour portion must be completed in a live/interactive setting.
State Licensing Requirements
✓ Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
✓ Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
✓ Citizenship: Be a citizen of the US or a lawfully admitted alien.
✓ Coursework: Successfully complete these 75 hours of Pre-License Education.
✓ Examination: Pass the State and National portions of the PSI Exam.
✓ Sponsorship: Secure a sponsoring Managing Broker to active your license.
