45-Hour Broker Post-License

Required for your First Illinois License Renewal

Mandatory Requirement: If you are a newly licensed Broker, the IDFPR requires you to complete 45 hours of Post-License education before your very first renewal deadline (April 30th of even-numbered years).

Course Curriculum

Our program is broken down into three 15-hour modules, available via Live Class or Webinar format.

1. Transactional Issues $150

Covers License Law, Local/State/Federal Laws, Agency, and specific Real Estate Transactions.

2. Risk Management & Discipline $150

Focuses on escrow records, fair housing, antitrust, and disciplinary case studies.

15 Credit Hours
3. Applied Brokerage Principles $200

Interactive Learning: Role-play, situational analysis, and demonstrations of real estate activities.

15 Credit Hours (Live/Interactive)
